Unattended beverages or additives may be disposed of for hygiene and organizational reasons after a reasonable waiting period or when the respective area is closed. In this case, there is no entitlement to a replacement or refund.

If an area or room closes for operational reasons, the right to use or reserve the seats, tables, or lounges there automatically ends. There is no entitlement to a (partial) refund or replacement.
